Intense ruby red with a violet rim. The bouquet of the wine is intense and seductive with aromas of black cherries, chestnuts and vanilla. In the mouth it’s a big wine with loads of black fruit, complexity that comes with age and rich ripe tannins. An excellent choice for ribs, risotto with mus hrooms or truffles.
Vineyards
Syrah, Tempranillo and Cariñena vineyards on sandy-loam soils with altitudes ranging between 500 and 700 meters.
Elaboration
Selection, maceration, fermentation and delestages, maceration and malolactic fermentation and aging for 11 months in Navarre, American and French oak barrels
