Bright pale lemon color with fragrant aromas of white flowers like honeysuckle and almond flowers, tropical fruits like pineapple and mango and a subtle aroma of vanilla. In the mouth it has a medium density with a creamy mouthfeel and concentrated flavors of key lime pie and honey.

Elaboration
Selection, fermentation, batonage, malolactic fermentation and aging for 6 months in American oak barrels.
