Mid-toned ruby color with intense sweet aromas of cherries, raspberry jam and chocolate. It is wine full of ripe fruit with flavor sensations of chewy cherries, licorice and red apples. The finish is long and complex with the smoky oak sensations hinting through. A good pairing for this wine would be cured cheeses, dishes with foie or truffle, pheasant and game dishes in general.

Cariñena vineyards, more than 60 years old, located at an altitude of 675 meters, with very stony soils,
Elaboration
Selection, maceration, fermentation and delestages, maceration and malolactic fermentation and aging for 10 months in French oak barrels.
