Collection based on the selection of unique plots due to their characteristics and exceptional conditions and vinified individually respecting the concept of the plot from which they come. Intense cherry color. Aromas of red fruit in liquor with a floral part and fine herbs. In the mouth appears the touch of aging with creamy details. Powerful, very juicy, with a great feeling of freshness.
Old bush vines of the Juan Ibáñez variety, located on plot 65 (41°21'12.9”N 1°15'10.9″W), in the area of Mata, in the municipality of Aguarón, at an altitude of 598 meters, with an area of 0.78 hectares.
The vinification of the fruit of this exceptional plot has been carried out individually and by hand, in open oak barrels and pumped over by hand to maximize the essence of the terroir to which it belongs and its expressiveness. And the aging is 15 months in French oak barrels.
