Pink color with salmon reflections. On the nose ripe red fruits, currants, strawberries and blackberries combined with sweet spicy aromas as a result of its aging in barrels, which gives it more structure Majestic in the mouth showing its light and elegant acidity. Refreshing on the palate showing a pleasant sensation of balance in its final where it shows its roundness.
Vineyards
Old vine Garnacha ( Grenache ) vineyards over 70 years old, located in Aguarón area at an altitude of 690 meters above sea level on stony soils well aireated by the local ”cierzo” wind.
Elaboration
Fermented in a 2,000 litre wooden tank and aged in american oak barrel for 6 months on its lees.
